Developing and implementing effective training strategies. 3. Designing and developing training programs and materials. 4. Leading, motivating, and empowering staff members in their area of responsibility. 5. Ensuring the smooth organization and management of the training area. 6. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, contracts, policies, and standards. 7. Planning and controlling training activities and resources. 8. Supporting and collaborating with global and regional organizations. Technical Requirements: 1. Experience in conducting automotive technical training 2. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in automotive technologies 3. Certification in working with HV systems 4. Proficiency in spoken and written English 5. Confident use of MS Office programs Personal Requirements: 1. Independent and responsible work ethic 2. Strong willingness to learn 3.
