Требуется chief trainer в г. Москва.Responsibilities of the Market/Regional Training Manager: 1. Goal setting and monitoring progress towards achieving them. 2. Developing and implementing effective training strategies. 3. Designing and developing training programs and materials. 4. Leading, motivating, and empowering staff members in their area of responsibility. 5. Ensuring the smooth organization and management of the training area. 6. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, contracts, policies, and standards. 7. Planning and controlling training activities and resources. 8. Supporting and collaborating with global and regional organizations. Technical Requirements: 1. Experience in conducting automotive technical training 2. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in automotive technologies 3. Certification in working with HV systems 4. Proficiency in spoken and written English 5. Confident use of MS Office programs Personal Requirements: 1. Independent and responsible work ethic 2. Strong willingness to learn 3. Positive attitude, commitment, and motivation to inspire others 4. Experience in adapting and delivering technical training 5. Organizational skills for effective planning and execution of training 6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills 7. Flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice within the market area.
