Москва.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain good working relationship with our Client Oversees development of project strategies, and campaign conceptual directions Meet and receive briefs from the clients; understand clients requirements, develop creative ideas, estimate, negotiate and agree the budget and timeline of the campaign with the client Brief Creative and digital Department and collaborates throughout campaign process; Encourage and lead teams (Creative, Interactive, Retail, Experiential), working on the project and monitor campaign development process Ensures quality standards are meeting clients requirement Budget and deadline control to ensure successful completion within agreed budget and time Control quality standards to ensure clients satisfaction Manage clients account (invoicing etc.) Present completed project to the Client High level of presentational skills (including proposal development) Requirements: Higher Education Extensive experiences in similar role for at least 5 years in international creative agency (clients in electronics is desirable) Fluent English is must Proficiency in Power Point, Excel CVs are considered only in English Personal qualities: Ability to communicate and build good working relationship with clients at all levels Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Proven records of ability to make decisions, problem solving skills
