Москва.Scope of Role: A graduate entry-level position (or equivalent), to work with senior business professionals providing a range of services to our clients in relation to hotel Capital Markets. Responsibilities: Working primarily on hotel sale assignments throughout Russia/CIS, the role will involve assisting senior hotel Capital Markets staff, with increasing levels of responsibility commensurate with performance, in the following areas: Providing best practice analytical and report-writing services to the Capital Markets team Participating in the execution of hotel sale assignments on a day-to-day basis Preparing and co-ordinating the production of investment reports and due diligence information Assisting in pitches and generation of new business Providing high quality investment advice to a variety of clients including private investors, major hotel operating companies and institutional investors. Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduate, preferably with Financial/Economic background Preferably with investment / transactional experience but individuals who can demonstrate a good understanding of the property industry will be considered Experience in hospitality or hotel operations advantageous but not essential Committed to providing advice of the highest standard Key Skills: Good IT and financial modelling skills Enthusiasm and flexibility Willing to step forward to take on new tasks and responsibilities Fast learner who asks smart questions Operates to high standards, eliminating errors in own work through care and good organisation Effective time manager A natural communicator and team-player Excellent written and spoken Russian and English Ability to demonstrate a confident approach in order to fulfil a client-facing role
