Application Specialists functions as a part of clinical support: to study and support the technology perfectly to support during the case and surgery planning together with surgeons; to assist at every surgery and control the preparation to it in advance: readiness of plan in advance; check of proper instruments on site and its being sterilized in advance; support at the surgery and understanding of how to work the lead surgeon in the position of application clinician; to report about the surgery results to head-office + manage and participate discussion of complicated cases; to be center and coordinator for all team member engineer+ surgeons + keep operational processes perfectly. to be in contact with companys warehouse and financial department to keep controlling the stock of instruments. Application Specialists functions as a part of marketing support: to conduct pre-project studies, communication with clients, needs identification; to help copy-writer with text correction while preparing new marketing products to be member of marketing activities devoted to robotic traumatology system promotion (webinars, zoom or off-line presentations, exhibitions); to be ready for business trips; Requirements to candidate: Hard skills: high or secondary medical education; experience in surgery or as an application specialist would be an advantage; deep understanding of the hospitals administrative structure, their interdepartmental interactions; intermediate or advanced English (please, do not apply if you only plan learning, or of had learned it at long ago we need decent language skills); high-level time management skills; skills in working with scientific publications and articles. Soft skills: high level of communication skill with doctors and lead surgeons being representative and keep naturally business style; note: the candidate should understand the TOP level of responsibility and be ready to manage himself and the team as leader with all negative and all positive sides of being leader.
