The Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is located in the heart of the city and the building itself is a reflection of a legendary former Moskva Hotel back in 1935. Responsibilities: Assists Front Office Manager to direct and control all activities of the Front Office; Ensures communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements; Monitors activities of the team to assure that standards are being met; Resolves guests complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available; Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests; Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Concierge, Bell Staff, Door Staff, Business Center, Communications, Reservations and lobby coverage; Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests; Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers; Requirements: Relevant experience in similar position in an international 5hotel not less than 1 year - is a must; Fluent Russian and English both verbally and written; Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative; Staff oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent communication & interpersonal skills Conditions: Competitive compensation and social packages; Full and comprehensive training; Career opportunity in the world famous company
