Москва.Responsibilities: acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls byresponding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their managersattention. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controllingaccess to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Handle delegations in airport, conference places etc. reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence andtyping speed minimum 20-25 words per minute. implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems and supportthe manger administratively. liaising with different government/federal office or organization, embassys etc. miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to thesector and to the managers remit, e.g. preparing minutes of the meeting. Requirements: Excellent oral and written capabilities in English and Russian languages. Capable of interpret and translate from Russian to English and vice versa. Computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Power Point and internet. Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree. Religion: Any religion Experience : Minimum 1-3 years (relaxation may be given to thecompetent candidate) Conditions: Working Schedule: 08 (eight) hours per day; 05 (five) days in a week.
