Main responsibilities: Development a strategy and implementation plan (brand plan) Budgeting and building a short and long-term forecast model Work with brand PL, costs control Promotional activities through omni-channel marketing (F2F visits, digital campaign, educational events) Leading cross-functional teams (trade-marketing, sales, medical etc.) Requirements: Experience in marketing of OTC products for at least 2 years High professional education (in marketing is a plus) English Upper- Intermediate and above Analytical skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode Advanced presentation skills Good communication skills, ability to build partnerships and work in a cross-functional environment What we offer: Competetive salary + annual bonus system Voluntary health insurance for employee and U18 children Life insurance Mobile communication and meal allowance Hybrid work schedule Training and development programs.
