Budget Manager (G&A)

В компанию требуется budget manager в г. Москва.Well known multinational FMCG company needs Budget Manager (G&A). Main purpose: develop and manage G&A (General & Administration) budget preparation (SP/AP/LEs); analyze of actual spend versus budget and develop policies and procedures.Main responsibilities: maintain process of budgeting for G&A in line with the existing policies and procedures; in conjunction with Budget Manager develop and maintain a set of policies, procedures and manuals for HQ; maintain and update set of relevant policies and procedures aiming to improve the existing process and ensure efficient control over the company operating G&A expenses; monitor the status of G&A expenses and provide budget holders with regular feedback and management reports on the status of their budgets and with recommendations on potential savings; manage process of monthly financial close relevant to areas of responsibilities; maintain BAP (Business Approval Process) (for G&A) preparation to ensure they are in full compliance with AP.Main requirements: 20 26 y.o., higher education (economics, finance, business, technical), at least 1 year experience of work with budgets in a multinational company; fluent English; excellent PC user, knowledge of analytical programming packages. 2000 gross, competitive social package
