Москва.Globale Media is an innovative mobile advertising platform dedicated to helping advertisers with user acquisitions by ensuring 100% direct app traffic over mobile and OEMs. We specialize in digital marketing for app verticals including gaming, e-commerce, lifestyle, utilities, social, education, and entertainment on CPI, CPA, and CPM models. From this year we are entering the Russian market and so we are gathering an experienced commercial team who will help us introduce our product to the market. Our ideal candidate has a startup mindset. Since the Russian office has just been opened, most processes should be built from scratch, thats why we are really interested in initiative, creative, and open-minded people. Your solutions may eventually become our work standard. You will be responsible for: Agency Sales: communication with global and local media agencies to drive advertising sales, achieve revenue targets and ensure growth of the companys market share. Team Management: coordinating our different departments (especially from HQ) by providing them with proper tasks and monitoring their execution. Market Knowledge: understanding of the market environment in which our business operates and an awareness of the needs of clients and agencies We require: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing Proven sales track-record Broad understanding of the Russian mobile marketing market (key players, MMPs, anti-fraud systems, programmatic, and so on) Warm relationships with agencies/direct clients representatives Knowledge of English (there will be a daily communication with our Indian colleagues) We are offering: Official employment according to the Russian law A competitive salary and monthly paid bonuses with transparent rates Career growth opportunity with a growth of the company Participation in international conferences
