Москва.Well-known Western telecommunication company opens a position of Business Support Manager /Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Build-up Central Business Support Function, which will be responsible for: Driving business process development, corporate controlling projects assessment. Driving development and implementation Central procedures, routines and policies to business partners (Commercial, Technical, Billing departments, HR, etc.) Providing decision support and financial expertise to business partners in order to achieve long term value growth (CAPEX/investment, OPEX projects) Supporting forecasting, reporting and budget monitoring activities in the processes under the business team umbrella Built culture of finance analysis within business functions Liaise with other functions, team player in other business functions. Create standard finance modules for analysis of CAPEX, Marketing, Etc. Requirements: 4-5 years experience in similar position in large FMCG company CIMA or CMA diploma is proffered Ability to think out of box, oversee business issues & requirements and respond accordingly Understanding of RAS and IFRS Strong management skills Knowledge of telecom business is a plus Manage financial analysis approach within business projects Excellent time management and resource allocation skills Strong ability to be a team player Good communication and presentation skills Fluent English Work conditions: Salary level is discussed with a successful candidate Social package (medical insurance, education etc)
