Открыта вакансия "chief accountant" в г. Москва.Responsible to create, implement, develop and maintain the financial function of a new companyResponsible for all finance functions:1. AccountingResponsible for legal issues, tax, financial reporting and internal controlResponsible for relationship with the external auditor, the tax advisor and tax authorities2. ControllingResponsible for cost control (per department and function), performance management, budgeting process (budget preparation, revised budget + 2 forecasts + 1 middle term plan) 3. TreasuryResponsible for working capital follow up and optimisation, treasury forecast, partnership with local banks- Implementation of the accounting policies (taxation and accounting). - Registering with the local Tax Authorities, comprehensive tax reporting to the appropriate authorities- General ledger preparation- VAT Return calculation- Preparation of Tax Returns (including property and profit tax) - Reconciliation of accounts (Accounts Payable and Receivable)- Maintenance of personal files - Inputting data to the system- Monitoring of daily accounting functions- Setting up the accounting and reporting methodology in accordance with RAS & GAAP standards - Preparing the internal reporting to the HQ on a monthly basis according to companys reporting guidelines. Reporting is to be done in Everest software.- Organizing the internal documentation turnover - Organizing employees payrolls - Responsible to work according to the group code of conduct - Will actively work and promote team work within the Russian local organization and to support his colleagues when necessary- Will work closely together with the logistics and operations manager to ensure the payment solutions offered to customers are working efficiently and enables good quality of payment reconciliation- Will work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure that public offers are optimized in terms of tax deductability- Will have support from the French organization and project team - Responsible for coordination with head office in France of financial issue - To participate in elaboration of standard cost/time saving procedures- Responsible for a team of 1 employee Accountant - Responsible to recruit, manage and develop his team - Responsible to ensure process descriptions are done and that knowledge sharing aiming to reduce the organizations vulnerability for staff leaving the company is done Main requirementsHigher education (mandatory) in economics, accounting & audit or finance (preferrable)Between 5 to 10 years of experience in finance/controlling in an international environment in a position of CFO, Chief Accountant, their deputies or equivalent positionGood general background in accounting, especially international accounting and taxation (local tax rules) Fluent in Russian and English, French will be a plusVery good organization skills as we are looking for a strong organizer who will create from scratch a financial departmentExcellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office and 1C accounting software Profound knowledge and experience working with RAS (Russian Accounting) and IASThe candidate must be interested to work in an international environmentMature professional accountant, able to work under pressure and independently, hard working, intelligent, honest, and friendlyReady to travel in Russia and outside Russia
