Москва.The Company: The client of Acteon is a leading provider of explosives and narcotics detection systems for use in aviation, transportation, governments, military, and other critical infrastructures including ports, borders, embassies and high-threat facilities. Due to the growth of their activities in Russia, they are looking for a Commercial Manager promoting their high technology equipments and solutions. The Role: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for sales and market development in the territory of Russia & CIS through: Establishing a strategy for the development of the company's sales within the territory Analysing and evaluating product and customer requirements Increasing sales and developing sales plan by country Establishing and managing a solid network of partnerships with direct customers in both institutional and private sphere Identifying, training and leading business partners network in major CIS countries with focus on Central Asia Continuously gathering relevant data on competitive market information Elaborating and carrying out commercial presentations, product demonstrations and workshops Expanding the customer base, maintaining and developing customer relationship on a long-term basis through adequate Key Account Management Negotiating prices within the established procedure to ensure profitable sales orders Coordinating communication and liaison with appropriate headquarters staff and Marketing and Post Sales Departments Assisting in regular QMI (Quick Market Intelligence) conference calls and actively participating to formulate accurate sales forecasts that may be used to set quarterly sales targets The Candidate: Higher degree in technical sphere, ideally electronics 3+ years experience in equipment sales, technical products Used to work with long sales cycle and high deal values Good communication and presentation skills responsible and ability to work independently Knowledge of new security technologies is a plus, such as X-Ray, Trace Detection, CT... Ability to travel (Russia and International) Car owner with driving licence English mandatory
