HR Consulting group delivers projects for Russian and international companies in following areas: Organizational design and modeling Developing of business effectiveness systems Motivation and reward, financial modeling of personnel costs Work force planning and optimization Developing and implementing of talent management systemsResponsibilities: Participation in projects of the Group Data mining and analytics (interview, statistic data analysis) Participation in different types of research Preparation of materials for seminars and presentations to the client Participation in methodology development Participation in brainstorms and meetings of the groupTo fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: Analytical skills, ability to work with huge amount of data Experience in HR field Knowledge of Russian labor and law legislation Basic knowledge of financial modeling Knowledge of business modeling (MS Visio, ARIS) Power Point, Excel Higher education (Economics/Law/Technical) Fluent English
