Consultant / Senior Consultant Financial Services

В компанию требуется consultant в г. Москва. For our team in Financial Services in Moscow we are looking for new team member for the Senior Consultant position. We expect You to matching the following profile: 2-3 years of professional experience from strategy or management consulting within Financial Services or Banking/Insurance Industry experience A solid and broad strategy & operations competence base - preferably with an edge in one or several of the following areas: Business Process Optimization Change Management Core Banking Operations / Processes Core Insurance Operations / Processes Risk Management (Basel II, Solvency II, regulatory reporting) We expect that you have an excellent education in Business and/or Engineering and that you are: Ambitious with excellent communications skills Distinguished by energy, an analytical mind and a desire to always walk the extra mile A strong business mind in combination with the ability to make things happen on the ground A person who shows great initiative and creativity, with an ability to drive work through teamwork Confident, enthusiastic and flexible For these positions, we expect that you are fluent in English language and Russian language as mother tongue.
