We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Admissions Department at Heritage International School (Sokolniki campus). Duties: Ensuring smooth contract documents process (creation, negotiation, signature); Storing documents carefully; Working in AMO CRM database; Pre- or post-signature concerns (analytics, digital integration); Communicating with clients re potential delays in payment. Key requirements: University degree; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian; Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines; Proficient computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behaviour and ethics; Systematic approach to problems solving; Pro-active attitude and work commitment.
