The sector Commercial Organization is responsible for management of sales channels and service networks: it is a dedicated sales organization pushing selective key product categories and customer segments, through strong channel management. Main tasks: Тo study the market, identify potential clients and partners for our business and develop the sales of Category products Тo develop specific channels for category (e.g. focusing on Buying Groups); Тo build and maintain excellent working relationships with a network of 'Dynamic Preparation' Reps and Dealers to promote and market his/her product category; Тo grow sales of existing channels by supporting the sales strategy; Тo identify and understand the needs of the local market, in order to provide the Business Unit with inputs allowing Electrolux Professional to endow the best offer to our clients; Мay recommend product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and therefore sales potential; Тo prepare reports on market/competition and trends in his/her field of responsibilities; Тo develop, segment, support and stimulate the different channels; Тo evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase regions sales volume; Тo train Reps, Dealers and Consultants in selling/specifying his/her product category; То manage unit sales growth of his/her category; Тo schedule requests for Chefs to run Pre-Sales product demo; Тo pool cross-functional and matrix capabilities to optimize sector results; Тo evaluate results, adjust priorities accordingly, and take actions to drive change and deliver results; Тo show interest in overall brand perspective and long term goals. Requirements: University degree, At least 5 years of working experience in sales, Experience in developing business rapidly, Proven leadership capabilities: particularly a strong ability to influence and convince others, Strong self-motivational skills and excellent communication skills, Knowledge of local market and competitors, Business understanding and process knowledge, Fluent English and Russian, Specific industry knowledge (Food Service equipment) will be an asset, Willingness to travel.
