Москва.POSITION SCOPE:Performing full range of credit administration to reduce companysrisk, support sales growth and maintain the lowest possible levelof receivablesGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Handling assigned Dealers' accounts in locallydeveloped and special Deere systems by controlling orderdetails and information on payment terms; timely input of data onpayments and security; management of credit codes and timelyreleases;Negotiating payment terms with Dealers and banks inline with Company Credit Policy and structuring of correspondingfinancial instruments such as letters of credit, bank guarantees,promissory notesControlling of overdue Dealer accounts andfollow-up in accordance with Credit control procedures. Performingreconciliation of balances maintained in Company Database (Access)on Dealers accounts with Dealers as well as withAccounting/Finance department. Investigating credit discrepanciesand areas where potential credit problems might occur;Handling collections under financial instrumentsand ECA (Export Credit Agency) supported transactions within setmetrics;Maintenance of bonus charging procedures , scoringDealers performance in Credit area; providing customer service toassigned Dealers,Preparation of analytical reports on current orderbank on a regular basisHARD SKILLS:-Higher education degree in Finance-Practical experience in similar area (credit collections,customer relations management) from 1 year +-Basic knowledge of bank financial instruments: Letters ofCredit, Bank guarantees, PNs-Financial analysis skills-Fluent working level of English (ability to maintaincorrespondence & every day communication)-PC literacy (Microsoft Software & Special ApplicationPackages)-Understanding of western business practices in order toperform following international world wide businessstandardsSOFT SKILLS:-System thinking: task process - result-Ability to work with big volume of info & structure itsystematically-Very good communication & negotiation skills-Ability to work under pressure in multi-task environmentwithin limited time-constraints-Ability to leverage business knowledge the best possiblewayTO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE COMPANY OFFERS IN RETURN:-Great career opportunities in one of the worlds famousIndustrial Company-Challenging multinational environment-Competitive salary & social packagePlease visit us at www.johndeere.com & www.johndeere.ru for more info about the Company
