Москва.Customer Service Coordinator Russia Responsibilities: Support the development of the Customer Service function for the Consumer business in Russia and Amaty, to aid the achievement of the Regions growth and profit objectives. Develop and improve the Customer Service function in Russia (order processing, customer support, customer behaviour, customer deliveries, returns, damaged goods) Back up for CustomerSupply Chain Manager: ensure the Customer Service operations are correctly managed according to the Company standards. To process customer orders (Almaty) in order to Continue improvement of the Customer Service Function, to provide a long term competitive advantage. Develop customer surveys and foster customer infusion in our day-to-day processes and activities Develop the Service Level Differentiation and management contribution to the reduction of costs to service customers as well as cost of sales by driving customer behaviour with the help of the sales and logistic team. Establish and maintain a sound business relationship at relevant levels and locations of the customer organization to assure communication and support of programs designed by the Sales and Marketing. Customer support and services request, handling of customers queries and complaints. Responsibility for claims management (damaged goods, returns, etc) and corrective and pro-active actions along with Logistics Provide internal and external customers with all relevant data in the area of responsibility Provide proactive analysis and recommendation on Customer Service processes and procedures optimization with the following responsibilities for realization of those. Lead/support all ITS SAP enhancementsand collaboration with SOPI team in the area of responsibility Functional Skills Understanding of Consumer/KCP products and customer requirements Experience and knowledge of the whole order cycle in general and in terms of the relevant system processes in SAP Experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis and of working in a team Strong ability to respond positively under pressure Understanding of sales and financial reporting Knowledge of warehouse operations
