Москва.Требования: - Свободное владение английским языком- Опыт работы в международной компании- Опыт работы с санкциями, AML, anti-bribery and corruption, general Compliance- Понимание работы брокерского и банковского бизнеса- Сертификат CAMS будет плюсомЗадачи:- Management of the Compliance Department.- Cooperation with the business units with regard to the development of new products and business processes.- Support of the business units on compliance issues.- Participation in the committees.- Advising and participation in compliance risk assessment.- Control over the following areas: consumer protection, sanctions, conflict of interests, FATCA/CRS, ethics, etc.).- Conducting compliance audits.- Insider trading.- Reporting: annual, monthly, extraordinary compliance reports for Management, regular reporting to authorities, FATCA/CRS reporting).- Compliance Action plan development.- Preparation and regular e-training materials revision.- Interaction with Self-regulating organization, authorities. Group Policies/Procedures implementation. Review and evaluation Company procedures to identify hidden risks and common issues across departments. Participation in coordination of the internal documents across compliance functional level. Compliance risks assessment on a periodic basis. Compliance investigations conduction, including preparing investigation plans; obtaining, reviewing, and analysing evidence; preparing investigation memoranda and reports; and maintaining investigation records. 2nd level compliance controls execution in accordance with Group compliance plan. Leading employee training sessions on ethics and compliance issues. Regular reporting to Senior Leadership Compliance Team and HQ.16:29
