Москва.Deputy of Overland Department's Director Responsibilities: To exercise full cycle of operational process work of the department in accordance to corporate rules on organization and implementing overland deliveries, checking transport documents for cargo delivery received from carriers, in-time providing cargo monitoring to customers, making quotations, on ending of delivery to collect the necessary set of documents defined by SOP To build up and develop good relationship with customers To work as a customer service for a group of clients, favor the developments of customers base of the department. Take initiative to attract new customers to business. To make reports for clients and management as per standard operating procedures. Working with financial reports and controlling payment from the client received on KN account Billing customers as per SOP immediately after delivery is done (if not others agreed separately with the client) Billing of demurrage/detention /storage in accordance with department policy. Handle claims/customers complains Tracing each customer and each carrier per booking for contracts valid contracts availability. Tracing credit limits of Clients. Requirements: Minimum experience in a Logistic / Forwarding company or similar position: 2 years Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in MS Power Point presentation Fluent level of English both verbal and written Good managerial skills Conditions: Work in Overland Department - Moscow Working day: 9.00 - 18.00 Probation period - 3 months Salary + bonuses (to be discussed during interview) Good social package (medical insurance etc.)
