Ищем derivative settlement в г. Москва.Key tasks and responsibilities will include a mixture of the following: Preparation of regular Management Reporting. Daily control and monitoring of tasks execution within the Derivative Settlement Group. Elaborate internal procedures of the group as well as interaction with other groups and departments. Ensure procedures are followed and updated regularly. Take part in optimization of such procedures to increase efficiency of current workflow From BSS perspective take part in setting up infrastructure to support new derivative and structural products. Organization and handling of UAT of new derivative products in tight cooperation with Project Manager of BSS. In cooperation with IT and other related departments develop new and current soft and applications to support new products and enhance current. Participate in creation of new types of agreements and reports, revision of RISDA, ISDA before execution with counterparties. To liaise with FO and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely & efficient manner. Control over timely monitoring of trade events (fixing, rate reset, premium payments). Control over trade confirmation exchange process for derivative transactions and execution of settlement on payment date. To improve processes through tactical and strategic initiatives. Key Competencies Products FI derivatives: NDF, NDO, IRS, XC Swaps, CDS, CapFloor, Range accruals, Structural forwards, Leverage notes. Equity Derivatives: on-exchange (FORTS) and OTC Options and Futures/ Forwards. Commodities. A working knowledge of the lifecycle of a trade Additionally, though not a pre-requisite, the following would be of great benefit Good operational working knowledge Good management skills A working knowledge of the Calypso, Diasoft systems. Good Excel/Word skills
