Москва.Passionate Agency is a branding, web and graphic design agency looking for enthusiastic project managers to join our team We are looking for project managers and account managers who are passionate about design and are high performers with experience working at design, marketing, development, or similar agencies with clients in the US and UK. The position is full-time and completely remote. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee and coordinate design, video, and website development projects from inception to completion. Draft detailed project proposals and service outlines for new and existing clients. Establish and maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients, offering exceptional customer support. Manage invoicing and client onboarding processes for new projects. Relay project expectations and details to the team, ensuring clarity and alignment. Guarantee the timely and quality delivery of all services, ensuring client satisfaction. Analyze client feedback for workflow improvements and efficiency enhancements. Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently. Conduct independent research and report on potential growth avenues and workflow optimizations. Your responsibilities can also include the following tasks, for which detailed training will be provided: Engage in business development tasks, including client calls, to identify new project opportunities. Plan and execute various outreach initiatives to engage potential clients. Qualify prospects from multiple channels and schedule appointments. Keep our CRM up to date. Requirements: Proficient (C1 or higher) English knowledge At least 1-2 years of experience in a project management or account management position at an agency (design, development or marketing) with clients in the US and UK. Experience scoping projects and building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients. Ability to conduct independent research and analysis to derive new channels for growth and improvements to workflows.
