Москва.JOB DESCRIPTION: The control of documents issued by third parties involved in the Project (Construction contractor, Supplier, Vendor, Russian Institutes, etc.); The management of document status in real time; Dispatching / transmitting of company comments to the concerned parties as per Distribution Matrix; Ensure that the document and transmittal notes original are sent to all parties; Support of Project Team with all issues related to DC; Train / Instruct Vendors / Subcontractor in the part of Project DC requirements; Prepare reports as per Project needs and requirements. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Develop, implement and maintain DC Database for all Engineering / Vendors / Subcontractors documents in EDSM (OBLIGATORY). Supervise checking and processing of all incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, material/product submittals, method statements, specifications, TQs, calculation reports, test reports and other technical documents, etc.) before distributing. Ensure that all documents listed in Transmittals are received and expedited. Bachelor Degree. At least 3 years of relevant job experience in Oil and Gas. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EDMS (Capital project, IBIS Page, PoL, ASSAI, etc.) English - Upper-Intermediate. CONDITIONS: Location - Kuntsevskaya metro station.
