We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating the quantity and type of glass and materials needed for each project. Your precision in estimating materials will help us deliver outstanding glazing solutions while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and architectural drawings to understand the scope of work and glass requirements. Accurately estimate the quantity and types of glass, frames, and other materials required for each project, taking into account specific project needs and industry standards. Calculate the cost of materials and labor required for each project and provide detailed cost breakdowns to assist in project budgeting. Maintain comprehensive records of material estimates, project specifications, and communication with suppliers for reference and transparency. Work closely with project managers, senior estimator, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and provide timely updates on material estimates. Qualifications: Engineering or estimating background would be an advantage. Good mathematical and analytical skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and precision in estimating materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. English B2 and higher. Benefits: Fully remote job.
