In line with our expansion, we are seeking an Executive Search Recruiter. This role is integral to our growth, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier talent for CEO-1 and CEO-2 level positions, both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior executives (CEO-1 and CEO-2 level). Conduct international searches to find the best talent, regardless of location. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences. Assess the competency and capability of key talent potentially available in the market by conducting detailed evaluations of candidates skills and experiences. Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with compensation, benefits and relocation. Requirements and skills Proven experience as an Executive Search Recruiter or similar role. Proficiency in sourcing executive talent within and outside of the national market. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to create strategies to engage top-tier candidates. English upper intermediate.
