Москва.JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing of the full cycle of seasonal orders: seasonal sales analysis (defining the bestsellers and outsiders, categories with strong and weak potential depending on sales results and actual fashion trends) competitors analysis drawing up of assortment matrix in accordance with stores capacities and budgets, creating the schedule of input and output of collections during the season budget distribution between product categories making the orders twice per season (pre + main) for stores and e-com placing of the orders into the system and order check after confirmation receipt deliveries control and distribution of items between stores pricing policy Sales promotion: weekly sales analysis by sections, categories, collections, MQQ, etc. weekly communication with regional managers, VM and store managers, including providing of detailed weekly sales analysis, arranging meetings to discuss the results, and set weekly goals for each store on sales per product categories, UPT, ASP etc. distribution of collections between stores and other channels (e-com, outlets) weekly communication with e-com department (sales analysis and weekly action plan) participation in commercial meetings, reporting to General director. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: Minimum of 5 years retail buying experienceEducation: Bachelors Degree in related field required SKILLS: Develop, execute and meet or exceed department sales, gross margin and inventory plans. Work in partnership with Retail and VM managers and cross functional partners to accomplish these plans through assortment strategies, price architecture, promotional strategies, and floorset store merchandising. Identify key opportunities; analyze the business and react with timely reorders and cancellations to maximize business Acts as expert on competition and industry trends; ability to translate into innovative, relevant, fashion-forward product Collaborate with visual merchandising to drive sales and gross margin through innovative and strategic in-store presentations Foster an environment of continual training and development Ensure effective communication with the store managers. Solicit frequent feedback and integrate into future departmental strategies Take lead role in senior management meetings (business review meetings, monthly, etc.), presenting in-depth analysis of respective departments and classifications; must be able to sell and validate point of view with facts and analysis
