Field Service Supervisor

Обязанности: Acting as liaison between the company and clients in order to ensure smooth operation of services. Establishing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones in order to increase business opportunities for the company. Managing customer service requests, preparing quotations, discussing terms and conditions of contracts. Managing and updating invoices, processing new orders. Supervising service engineers in the performance of their duties. Coordinating and scheduling field service operations to ensure optimal efficiency. Monitoring inventory to ensure field service engineers always have the tools and materials they need. Assigning tasks to service engineers based on schedules and priorities established by the company. Monitoring cost and overall profitability of projects. Maintaining an order workflow according to priorities Требования: Higher technical education Good command of English - not lower than upper-intermediate Strong expertise in rotating equipment Experience in servicing of rotating equipment.
