Key responsibilities Lease model maintenance, management of rent payment schedule, reporting for rent expenses Planning and control over 3rd party services Participation in monthly closing process including management reporting to the Group HQ Control over receivable and payable balances with 3rd parties and intercompany transactions Participation in annual budgeting process, quarterly adjustments and monthly variance analysis Control over weekly payment schedule Cash flow forecast management and reporting including bi-weekly updates for HQ Active participation in cost optimization projects Communication with HQ finance, dealing with Q&A in your area of responsibility Effective communication with the outsourced accounting team Leading internal control activities including annual internal audit Key requirements High education in economics or finance Good knowledge of IFRS (GAAP) accounting standards Min. 3 years of experience in audit / finance controlling Strong analytical skills, solid communication skills, valuable team player Proactivity and delivery result mindset English at level B2 or above Reporting to Finance manager
