Москва.Supervises to: Chief Accountant Treasury Manager Credit Manager Role Purpose: The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the full accounting team and operations in an effective and efficient way, this includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger activities Area of responsibility also includes Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, Group Reporting activities , Treasury and Credit Management Tasks & Accountabilities: Accounting & Compliance Support CFO in formulating strategies for managing all finance and local accounting issues including financial planning, accounting and reporting, capital and revenue forecasts and financial systems development in line with the long term plans of the business Coordinate on all policy and procedure issues pertaining to Back Office Function and ensure compliance to standardised accounting, reporting and financial systems as well as polices and procedures Oversight preparation of timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements Supervise the accounting book-keeping responsibilities of accounting and treasury staff Support CFO in overseeing de-centralised banking operations and negotiate with bankers in securing appropriate funding and financing structures for investment opportunities and ongoing business needs within required timescales Support CFO in interactions with the external auditor on all statutory audit issues and function as the coordination point between external auditor and business management Assure proper internal controls are in place for accounting and financial reporting processes Closing and Reporting Assure complete, timely, and accurate execution of all closing jobs including controls and monitoring activities Assure complete group reporting to Hyperion and Crisp in accordance with accounting policies Assure complete, timely and accurate reporting of local statutory, direct- and indirect tax reports to relevant local authorities Work with external auditors to complete periodic and annual audits Financial consulting and support Facilitate support to all functions with the reporting unit with financial know-how, IFRS rules Works with other departments on issues relating to the reporting unit in order to improve all end to end processes with impact on financial reporting Assures that all financial documentation is complete, accurate, validated and has restricted access and assures that segregation of duties are sufficiently implemented throughout the organisation Credit Risk & Cash Management Assure high quality credit management & Treasury team/processes are in place to support business decisions, including customer risk analysis (profiling), credit limit setting and debt chasing Knowledge: Good understanding of IFRS, statutory accounting, tax accounting and financial control framework necessary to safeguard the Companys assets. Good working knowledge of computerized accounting software and spreadsheets Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Enterprise risk management Best practice corporate governance Experience: At least 5 years post qualifying experience of similar senior Finance role and related areas Keen demonstrated strengths on: a) broad experience in managing and developing organizations b) capacity to develop productive teams across organizations inspiring accomplishment,c) result driven and d) unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness Experience in working in matrix organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making with demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Must be motivated by interdependency.
