We provide online booking services for all sorts of transportation (trains, buses, ferries, flights, transfers) to customers from all over the world. We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience: A degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel); Experience working with banks and payment systems; Accounting experience in SRM, Netsuite would be beneficial; Good English language skills (oral and written) at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level; The ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Accounting of funds; Payments execution (SWIFT, SEPA, Credit card, local payments); Maintaining the payment calendar; Business correspondence with banks, partners, and PSP; Bank statement import and reconciliation of AR and AP; Management of accounting in NetSuite and company CRM; Participation in the budgeting process; Other operational issues and tasks regarding analytics, finance questions, documents, statements, other requests, and reporting.
