Good communication skills.Excellent computer skills.Smart, trustworthy, dynamic people manager.Principle Accountabilities:Provide regular financial information and analysis for management (both local and mother company).Decision support with relevant financial analysis.Prepare and coordinate preparation of yearly financial plans, budgets and forecasts.Provide monthly reports and analysis for management to achieve Financial targets (P&l, margin, A&C, Overheads, CAPEX, Cash Flow).Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports/information to head office. Active participation in New Product Development process to avoid unnecessary costs and foreseeable losses.Drive for lowest imaginable cost with improved quality and service.Participate in decomplexity project, review SKU list and proactively participate in NPD process.Prepare productivity tracking reports.
