Key Responsibilities: work closely with front office traders and other teams to ensure trade execution, and trade capture activities are performed efficiently and accurately; ensure all trades are accurately reflected in the trading system and confirmations are sent to counterparties in a timely manner; monitor and manage trade positions and provide timely reports to the front office for decision-making purposes; reconcile trading positions and P&L between trading systems and accounting systems; review trade and position documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies; work closely with the IT team to ensure the trading systems and other supporting systems are operating effectively; provide analytical support to the front office for trade execution and optimization of trading strategies; develop reports and dashboards using CTRM systems, Excel, SQL and PowerBI to monitor trading activities and provide insights to the front office. Qualifications and Skills: bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; 3+ years of experience in middle or back-office operations in a commodity trading company or bank, with a particular focus on the oil and petroleum products markets; strong understanding of commodity trading processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and risk management; strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports and dashboards using SQL and PowerBI; ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
