Key Responsibilities: Team management and development Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry regulations and best practices Lead partnering with the business to identify and address HCC-related risks Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare compliance matters, providing guidance and support to marketing & commercial organization as well as to production sites Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement Provide recommendations to business on implementing corrective actions and mitigating compliance risks Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees, promoting awareness and understanding of compliance obligations Lead regular compliance committee Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field Proven experience as compliance manager in healthcare industry In-depth knowledge of the industrys standards and regulations Good understanding of compliance program frameworks, including monitoring, auditing, and reporting Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously High degree of integrity, confidentiality, trust and accountability Good command of English
