Москва.Leading Russian Outsourcing Company is looking for a solidprofessional who can assume a leadership position exploitingexisting client relationships to manage and develop DevelopmentOutsourcing Center. Responsibilities:Act as hands-on executive, capable of leading an energeticdevelopment team of over 100 IT professionals serving differentclients under umbrella of mother companyInteract with existing client to support business developmentand ensure customer satisfactionDrive business planning for Software Development Center andcontrol finance against the plan in coordination with Finance andLegal departmentsWork with management team to define and improve thedevelopment model thus providing a higher value service to theclientsInteract closely with Sales team in the context of new clientacquisition (take part in client presentation, sales callsetc.)Establish, enforce, review and improve Software Developmentpolicies and procedures to constantly improve operationaleffectiveness of Software Development CenterDevelop and inspire a team of top-quality professionals andcoordinate personnel development activities with HR and TrainingdepartmentsRequirementsUniversity degree (MBA is a plus)5+ years experience managing large development teams and 10+years of work experience in ITExperience working with e-commerce clients is a mustSolid understanding of custom software developmentlifecycleKnowledge of formal project management methodologies(SW-CMM/CMMI, ISO9001, MSF, RUP, Agile, XP, others) and PMPcertification is an advantageHighly motivated with a proven ability to prioritize work andmanage projects from inception to completionStrong verbal and written communication skills with theability to develop strong relationships with customers andlisten/understand their needs. Should be able to deliver goodquality presentations and sell ideas to a wide variety ofindividualsExperience managing a departmental P&L budgetStrong project management, team leadership, and peoplemanagement skillsFrequent business travels to US and UKFluent EnglishCompensation:Competitive fixed salary + bonuses + social package (medicalinsurance, education, etc.)
