Москва.Responsibilities: Service management at School: Kitchen, Medicine, IT, Front Desk, Procurement, Security, Cleaning, School Bus; Resolving all administrative issues at School; Budget management (annual budget preparation, monitoring and reporting); Arranging tenders and selection of contractors, concluding contracts for the provision of services; Maintaining proper conditions of School premises and the territory, as well as property of the School; Monitoring & keeping compliance on Fire safety, Work safety, Access control regimes; Management of the Admissions department; Coordination of Co-curriculum activities; School events arrangement and management; Arranging of proper document flow on the mentioned processes and interaction with the state bodies. Requirements: Higher degree (as an advantage: Management in education or Work experience in educational projects, preferably in secondary schools or additional education centers); At least 3 years of experience in a similar position / entrepreneurial experience (own business or hired employee in leadership positions in small companies - Executive Director, Operations Director, General Director); Team management experience (from 10 team members); Knowledge in the field of Work safety, Fire safety, Electrical safety, Sanitary norms and requirements to educational organizations; Fluent English (oral and written); Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook; ability to work on a MAC will be an advantage); Financial management skills (budget over 50 million rubles), attention to detail; Negotiation & business correspondence skills (Russian/English); Excellent communication skills - at different levels, both with clients and within the team; Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze work processes in order to optimize them); Strong organizational skills (ability to complete a given task efficiently and on time); Ability to multitask, stress resistance; Readiness to work long hours and intensively (the issue of periodic work outside of standard working hours should not be a problem).
