Head of Performance marketing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the busy role of Head of Growth in our financial holding. This leadership position involves the development of strategies and tactics aimed at increasing the overall volume of our business and expanding market share in our key sectors. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase sales Implement innovative methods to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Analyze and optimize marketing and product strategies based on data and KPIs. Collaborate with internal team to identify key growth opportunities and create action plans for their realization. Continuously update and develop marketing analytics tools. Requirements: At least 5 years expierence in the headling and strategy of paid Facebook, Google Expierence in analytics tool: appsflyer, amplitude, powerbi, google analytics, hotjar, semrush Experience in business development and marketing in the financial sector Successful experience in developing product and marketing strategies to increase revenue. High level of analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of the latest marketing analytics methods and automation tools.
