Our client multinational product company, due to the growth of the team, is hiringHR Administration SpecialistResponsibilities: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Manage electronic HR files and records. Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance. Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required by management or regulatory agencies. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. Help resolve routine employee issues and escalate more complex matters to HR management. Work with HR Technology to design, test and rollout reports and dashboards. What were looking for 3 years minimum of HR experience directly supporting a client group or business unit in HR operations (areas including payroll, benefits, HRIS management). HR operating experience globally or multiple countries. Excellent knowledge and experience using any HRIS, nice to have - implementing system features and providing HR metrics and analytics. Excellent project management experience. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, across multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Ability to multi-task with a strong attention for detail and problem solving. Advanced skill set in Excel. Advanced written and spoken English.
