To fortify their endeavors with international partners and provide adept HR guidance, the business owner seeks to engage a seasoned professional for the pivotal role of HR Business Partner. Key Responsibilities: Spearheading the formation of teams for pioneering projects within Russia and abroad, entailing autonomous recruitment of leaders and pivotal specialists coupled with seamless collaboration with subcontractors. Crafting comprehensive adaptation and training programs to foster talent development. Rigorous personnel assessment, coupled with strategic recommendations for staff rotation. Meticulous orchestration, support, and evaluation of the efficacy of dispersed teams. In-depth market mapping and exploration of both domestic and international landscapes, incorporating benchmarking exercises. Offering consultative support to the executive team of the conglomerate. Conception and implementation of initiatives aimed at bolstering the efficiency of HR functions across group companies, with a focus on fostering personnel potential. Qualifications and Requirements: A successful candidate brings forth a minimum of five years of progressive experience in HR capacities such as HR Business Partner, Head of HR Function (emphasizing talent acquisition and development) within mid-sized entities or regional sectors of large corporations, specifically within IT, retail, or HoReCa. Alternatively, a Head of Practice or a seasoned consultant from a reputable executive search, recruiting or consulting agency. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting both local and geographically dispersed teams. Proven success in project-oriented roles, encompassing activities such as research, personnel assessment, training initiatives, and HR function audits. Possession of a higher education degree (ideally in economics or psychology). Additional business education in diverse management domains is highly regarded. Mandatory proficiency in English (upper intermediate). A nuanced understanding of emotional intelligence, coupled with highly developed communication skills. Possesses analytical acumen, professional ambition, and excels in delivering articulate presentations and written communication. Readiness for relocation to Yekaterinburg.
