SM Unit: 80 employees, with the majority proficient in English. The core team is proficient in Russian. The company is actively growing, with plans to double in size this year. The company faces challenges: the need to transition from a "family" management style to something closer to an "enterprise" model. Tasks to be accomplished In essence, we see three stages of activity for the coming year: Analytical, Transformational, and Support and Development. Analytical: Screening of the current situation Formation of the organizational structure Development of key metrics for all departments, including HR Development of a transformation plan Formation of an HR team Transformational: Strengthening the company with new key employees: recruitment and onboarding (management positions) Organizing the hiring process for field employees Implementing motivation systems Initial consultation and training of managers on personnel management issues Deploying basic HR infrastructure Support and Development: Resolution of conflict situations Management of corporate culture: internal communications, HR brand, a unified information field in the company, a trusting climate. Participation in optimizing the company's structure and business processes.
