Collaborate with Product Owners and other teams in Agile environment. Hire and manage team members, ensure their productivity and professional development. Maintain standards of development and documentation. Perform technical decision-making. Manage app release process. Personally contribute to app development. Manage technical debt. We expect you to: Have 5+ years of experience in iOS development on Swift. At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. Be proficient in SwiftUI, UIKit, creating custom UI components, sockets, multithreading, app performance tuning, app security. Adhere to good coding practices and hands-on experience of ensuring that the team adheres to them as well. A lot of hand-on experience with AppStore, moderation process, solving corner-cases. Be a passionate iOS ecosystem fan following all new platform features. Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail. At least С1 level of English. Additional advantages would be: Experience with fintech projects. Knowledge of which tests enhance application quality and which might hinder development progress. Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications. Familiarity with data visualization libraries. Experience with WebSocket.
