Москва.Summary of thePositionProvide with support and help to end users at tradingfloor with special trading software, office software andothers.Major ResponsibilitiesSupport for following applications and systems - ReutersXTRA, Reuters Dealing, Reuters DealSputnik, Bloomberg Terminal,Bloomberg anywhere, RTS Plaza, CMA trading workplaces (allmarkets), QUIK broker, British Telecom phone station (Syntegra),Microsoft office, Microsoft access, Windows XP.Problems detection, formalization of errors, solving of problemswith applications systems, HW related to theapplications.Technical support of computer equipment. Analyze ofmacroses in MS office, analyze ofVBscript.Vendors management that includes management andmonitoring of orders, control for request execution, invoicingcontrol.Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in IT (bank or brokeragecompany).At least 2 years support of trading floor applicationsand systemsAt least Upper-Intermadiate level of English isrequired.The following skills are required.Operating systems:Windows 2003 server, UNIX (basicknowledges as minimum), Windows XP.Software and applications.MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook; IExporer; ReutersDealing, XTRA (4.5, 5.1), DACS, RMDS; BloombergOpen terminal, Anywhere; RTS Plaza; CMA trading workplace; QUIKbroker; BT phone station.Hardware.LAN/WAN equipment - installation/upgrade/reconfiguration,PC installation/upgrade/reconfiguration, Printers -installation/upgrade/reconfiguration. BT phone station support.Experience in Programming with VBscript, Visual Basic forapplication, Windows command language (CMD) as a plusfamiliarity with ITIL, ITSM,PMI/PMBOK is an advantage.
