Москва.Leading western company is looking for National Key Accounts ManagerM/f 25-35, from 4500 + social package 5 10 years experience in a large, international FMCG company. Significant experience of managing large retail chains. Demonstrable history of achieving in store excellence. Experience of managing large distributors. Fluent English Able to progress to national sales director level in c. 2 yearsRequirements:1. Develop financially sound and commercially reasoned arguments based on in-depth understanding of customer performance, practices and processes. 2. Integrate customer, category and consumer understanding to set customer performance targets, to select 4Ps opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of key account plans 3. Manage effectively short-term and long-term contractual tactics and strategies, identifying and responding to short-term needs of customer without losing long-term business perspective. Establish Sales Plan based on solid understanding of direction of Brand/Category and link to overall business strategy. Understand and challenge brand planning in all dimensions (consumer promotion, media planning, pricing and trade promotion) by recommending alternative approaches. Generate innovative ideas, resulting in the implementation of creative business solutions.
