Москва.An analyst is needed for Iltrina holding company (part of Redstone capital) that is a private equity fund and in-house incubator/ which is investing and cultivating start-up companies to bring them into the global markets. Iltrina companies portfolio comprises innovative technologies and projects in the following domains:-FoodTech-MedTech-Renewable Energy-Oil and Gas-WaterTech Starting from investment and market analysis, research, concept initiation stage and ending with the feasibility study, tests stages, design and building systems for demonstrating the technology (accelerating phase) that will later spin-off to the creation of start-up companies. Responsibilities:Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to work closely with the Iltrinas manging director, as a Projects Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. This dual role involves assisting in the coordination of development projects and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and experience, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail and multi-tasking orientation. 1. Project Coordination:- Assisting in the control process and carrying out project tasks in front of Iltrinas managing director and project managers.- Assistance in preparing a list of open tasks for monitoring and control for each company and assistance in promoting the tasks under the direction of the company manager.- Supporting in preliminary contractor evaluation and connecting them to the project leaders.- Provide regular updates on tasks progress to the Iltrinas managing director. 2. Marketing assistant:Coordinate all activities related to the preparation of marketing materials and coordination between the companies and subcontractors ( such as presentations designer, website designer, video clip designer) in order to select the high-quality contractors and prepare everything the required marketing information (website, video clip, presentation, one-pager, logo). Skills and Position requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in project coordination and marketing support roles.- Multi-tasker, independent, punctual, and accurate with excellent organizational skills.- Team-oriented, collaborative, good personal relationships.- Excellent/fluent English writing and very good speaking-MUST.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient in project management tools and software.- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
