Marketing Assistant Manager

Required Skills Qualifications: General Higher degree Fluent English (written and spoken) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer focused; capable of working collaboratively across different functions Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and recall Strong Word, Excel, Power Point skills Additional Experience of work in International Marketing company is a plus Designer skills (PhotoShop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, AAA Logo, ColorImpact) is a plus Main Responsibilities: Administration support Development and planning of the budget of the region / distributor POSM, market share and distribution level of the selling brand Administrative support to the Managers and department, business trips arrangement, document support & translations To coordinate document, to provide document assistance to Marketing Team and external parties by responding to questions, managing document flow, documentation and archive To perform ad-hoc projects as requested, performing various assignments of Director and Senior Manager of Department General support to marketing and sales teams (organizing events, meetings, trainings, etc.) Day by day correspondence with distributors on current activities Communication with HQ, factory, distributors and other parties Marketing support Development and implementation of effective marketing materials in the various distribution channels, control over the process of production and shipment Holding, selective outlets audit, analysis of results (programs for research: AC Nielsen Advisor, OLAP) Negotiations with distributors and agents, contractors Development and implementation of effective, integrated programs aimed at increasing sales and distribution of the brand in different marketing channels General support in delivering the marketing strategy for Russia & CIS, including: Marketing projects coordination; organizational support in promo-campaigns, trainings, marketing events, etc. Communication with contracted agencies, other company departments and headquarters within all marketing activities Market analysis, competitors activities tracking, store checks, internet survey, new trend of market Upkeeping databases, preparing reports on request, processing of sales stock and credit data history Taking part in marketing events organization; Support of trade materials requests from sales team Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on brands evolution Technical (documents and materials) support of ongoing research and BTL actions Market visit & regional or overseas business trips, reporting after business trips Conditions: Full time 5/2 09:00 18:00 Office is located in center Benefits: Competitive salary Clearance by the Labour Code Meals compensation Medical insurance Annual bonus Opportunity to learn and develop your skills and expertise an international environment
