Responsibilities: Overseeing corporate marketing strategy on country level (following internal and external communication standards and corporate design, coordinate actions with BU & hadquarters marketing departments); Developing local marketing strategy (select target segments, identify customers needs, create marketing concept, develop products and implement marketing actions, carry out marketing audit); Companys image management (logo policy, social responsibility promotion, close communication with local authorities); Carring our market researches on target sectors, customers, exisiting and potential competitors; Developing and distribution of sales support tools; Monitoring Clients satisfaction through regular questioning; Marketing budgeting (assistance in creation, realization, controlling, costs optimization); Regular corporate reporting on current activities (corresponding monthly and weekly reports to Headquarters and Business Unit); Regular internal reporting (business newsletters, topical meetings and briefings); Managing company web page and regular feeding with latest news; Managing local Internet site (update on regular base with news, photos, vacancies etc.); Arranging and managing marketing events (exhibitions and fairs, conferences, business clubs); Managing communications with Mass Media sources (preparing press-releases and arranging interviews for newspapers, journals, radio, TV); Preparing and managing PR campaigns depending on current needs; Corporate gifts and souvenirs promotion (design, command and spreading). Requirements: Higher Economic Education (Management or Marketing specialization is preferred); Similar work experience not less than 2 years; Computer skills: Windows XP/Vista/7, MS Office (Excel and Power point advanced level), MS Outlook, MS Visio or similar graphic editor, Visual Basic; English fluent, French basic business; Professional Knowledge: (Technologies of carrying out marketing researches, Methods of data analysis, Logistics market knowledge, Automotive industry knowledge, Business planning knowledge; Initiative and autonomy, analytical approach, ability to organize and control, client orientation, interpersonal skills, confidence.
