Mobility Program Coordinator

Москва.Responsibilities: Responsible for mobility programs/initiatives including but not limited to: Developing new Mobility programs in line with global strategy and policies Innovate propose and if approved implement creative and new aspects related to improving the assignee experience or other aspects of programs/initiatives Programs budget Communications, including web-pages, articles, management presentations, etc. Identify and propose continuous process improvements Screening and approval process in consultation with service lines Placement process Initiate assignment process with home and host mobility contacts Keep key stakeholders informed of status, delays or obstacles Regular reporting on program status Regular surveys of participants Point of contact for all queries re: programs, counsel management and individuals on which programs are applicable, timing and application requirements Partner with or service line management, HRBC and EMEIA mobility contacts, Coordinate with other Areas and/or Global to align programs and share best practices Supervision Responsibilities: Supervise one individual who will support the administrative aspects of programs/pipelines Will require continuous interaction with other mobility coordinators, working closely with them to resolve issues, ensure timely implementation of programs-related activities and escalate to more senior leadership as needed Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Strong project management experience Excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel), experience with Lotus Notes/Outlook and ability to quickly learn other internal tools Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Strong relationship building skills Understanding of global mobility policies and processes Excellent communication skills, including ability to run conference calls and presentations both for mobility team members as well as calls with more senior leadership (talent leaders, HRBCs, etc.) Fluent English, both written and verbal Experience working as part of a virtual team, able to build relationships at a distance University degree or equivalent Mobility experience or program management experience preferred
