Mountain Manager, Ski resort (to Armenia)

Обязанности: We announce starting recruitment for the position of Head of mountain operations (mountain resort) Responsibilities: Ensure full opera.on of ski resort (including strategic and operational management) Monitor equipment and facilities of ski resort, including calculations of needed, planning and control the execution and quality of works performed Ensure correct and safe operation of the passenger cable cars (including maintenance) Development and implementation of measures to increase operating profit of a ski resort Prepare the resort budget and CAPEX plan Work effectively with the Head of HR to improve skills of personnel Requirements and skills: Требования: Higher education Relevant experience in managing large projects At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Strong knowledge and practical experience in the preparation and operation of ski slopes, cable cars and li8s, artificial snowmaking systems, snow-compacting rollers equipment fleet Strong knowledge and practical experience in operational management Strong organizational skills Ability to make quick decisions and resolve emergency situations Условия: Relocation to Armenia International envinroment Relocational package
