Network Supporting Manager

Responsibilities : Manage process management and optimization in local network; To ensure budget and cost management & analysis in local network; Responsible for local service quality management; Responsible for designing of customized process for new clients based on the requirements; Responsible for working with cross functions to improve process, system and cost competitiveness; Responsible for market research to make clear comparison with market players; Supports team with business development and partners management; Team management: setting goals, assessing performance, motivating, evaluating results and managing performance, determining priorities and sequencing of work tasks. Requirements: 4 years working experience in logistics, supply chain, express industry, has a strong understanding of logistics process; Proven achievement of projects management and lean process optimization Experienced PC user (MS Office package, X-mind, Excel, WMS) English language advanced level, (the level must be sufficient for everyday business communication Ability to work in an environment of constant change, ready for business trips.
