На работу требуется office administrator в г. Москва.Responsibilities: Manage the stock of office related purchases furniture, kitchen equipment, stationery, company's snack stock, cleaning supplies, other purchases as per teams requests; Monitor costs and actively propose effective cost solutions; Manage and control purchase related expenditures within agreed budget; Maintain relationships with the vendors supplying goods and day-to-day services; Manage real estate operations database and ensure proper tracking of issues and resolution; Provide for general office maintenance: manage minor office renovations and office cleaning; Ensures proper preparation and set-up of meeting facilities for all Moscow office based meetings and events; Coordinate with local IT to ensure all copy rooms equipment are in good working condition; Responsible for strict adherence to security and confidentiality policies in the office, incl. team rooms; Design, collect and generate reporting on the key responsibility areas (check-lists of daily walkarounds, purchasing reporting, analytics of purchasing spend). Qualifications: Higher education At least 2 years experience with the Western Company Excellent managerial, communications and interpersonal skills; strong leadership potential; ability to set challenging objectives and meet deadlines Strong speaking and writing skills both in English and Russian Computer proficiency (MS Office applications, Lotus Notes, Internet) Conditions: International Consulting Company Metro Station - Belorusskaya Local medical insurance, International insuranc Free breakfast and lunch
