Role Overview:The Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving S10Home.com's growth by managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid media strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop B2C and B2C Lead generation Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting Create, monitor and analyze campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok Ads Optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness, adjusting bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, paid social, and paid search to keep our campaigns at the cutting edge. Manage budgets carefully to maximize ROI,ROAS and achieve performance targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in managing PPC paid social, and paid search campaigns. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret and report data effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
